Data We Collect
When you submit a contact or broker-platform inquiry, the website receives the name, work email, company or project information, country or operating market, subject, requirements, message, consent record, and other optional fields you choose to provide. Hosting and security systems may record IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, referrer, and security events. Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment-card data, identity documents, or confidential client records.
How Data Is Used
Inquiry data is used to route, evaluate, and respond to the request, maintain an appropriate business record, prevent abuse, and establish or defend legal claims when necessary. Technical logs are used for security, debugging, availability, and abuse prevention. Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. Orrnn does not use public inquiry forms to create a brokerage account or make an automated eligibility decision.
Optional Analytics and Preference Control
Google Analytics is disabled until you select Accept analytics in the website privacy banner. If accepted, the Google tag may process device and browser information, page and interaction data, approximate location derived from IP, and identifiers used to distinguish visits, subject to Google's terms and privacy documentation. You can decline without losing site functionality and can reopen Privacy choices on any page. The preference itself is stored locally in your browser. Withdrawing consent stops future loading on this site but does not erase data already processed by a provider.
Recipients, Transfers, Retention, and Security
Data may be processed by hosting, security, email-delivery, database, support, and—only after consent—Google Analytics providers acting for their respective purposes. A provider may process data in another country under its contractual and legal transfer safeguards. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for response, security, business records, disputes, and legal duties; exact periods depend on the request and controlling agreement. Orrnn uses proportionate access and security measures, but no website or email transmission can be promised completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to an appropriate supervisory authority. Use the Legal & Compliance subject on the contact page. Orrnn may need to verify the request and may retain information where law, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims require it. The applicable legal entity, contract contact, and jurisdiction should also be stated in any signed customer agreement.
