Terms & Conditions
These terms define the acceptable use, access rules, responsibilities, and service limitations for ORRNN Traders software, infrastructure, and related digital services.
Platform Scope & Services
ORRNN Traders (ORRNN) provides high-performance trading platform infrastructure, including the RTX5 Desktop Terminal, web-based analytics suites, mobile hub services, and API integration protocols. ORRNN does not act as a broker, custodian, clearinghouse, or financial advisor. All order execution, clearing, and routing are performed by third-party brokerages integrated by the client. We do not hold or manage customer funds, nor do we provide discretionary trading services.
User Accounts & API Integrity
Access to our institutional platforms and services requires secure credentials and system registration. You are solely responsible for safeguarding all API keys, workstation configurations, passwords, and multi-factor authentication codes. Any trading instructions, configuration modifications, or script deployments executed through your account are deemed authorized by you, and ORRNN is not responsible for any unauthorized access or use.
System Acceptable Use & Restrictive Covenants
To maintain the integrity and reliability of the ORRNN infrastructure, users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering the RTX5 executable binaries, deploying abusive latency-arbitrage scripts, overloading API limits with concurrent duplicate requests, or manipulating raw pricing feeds. The platform is designed for legitimate institutional analysis and execution; any pattern resembling exploitation of system latency or platform resources may result in immediate suspension of services.
Intellectual Property & Licensing
All proprietary execution engines, code structures, visual interfaces, documentation, designs, and logos associated with ORRNN remain the exclusive intellectual property of ORRNN. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to utilize the software solely for standard business execution. No copyright or patent transfer is implied by platform access.
Risk Acknowledgment & Performance Disclaimers
Algorithmic trading, automated script execution, and leverage-based transactions carry a high degree of financial risk. ORRNN does not guarantee that the platform will be free from latency, transmission errors, or network outages. All custom indicators, external strategies, and automated logic must be thoroughly tested in simulated demo environments by the user prior to live execution. Historical simulations are not indicative of future performance.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall ORRNN be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system latency, data feed delays, third-party broker or liquidity provider outages, system downtime, or user-configured parameter errors. The platform, software, and services are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind.
Regulatory Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Institutional clients, broker operators, and hedge funds utilizing ORRNN software are required to complete corporate verification and compliance reviews. You warrant that your use of our platforms complies with all applicable local and international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and sanctions regimes. ORRNN reserves the right to cooperate with lawful regulatory inquiries and disclosures.
Amendments and Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as our software capabilities, API endpoints, or compliance mandates evolve. Updates will be announced via our technical release logs and developer portals. Continued access and utilization of the ORRNN platforms after such announcements constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
