User Agreement
This agreement summarizes user responsibilities, account obligations, data handling expectations, and platform integrity standards for ORRNN Traders services.
Account Responsibility
Website visitors should provide accurate inquiry information. If a separate agreement creates a service account or integration, that agreement defines authorized users, credential protection, monitoring, recovery, and responsibility for activity.
Operational Responsibility
A customer remains responsible for its trading decisions, regulatory obligations, strategies, configurations, counterparties, and acceptance tests. Product responsibilities, support boundaries, warranties, and remedies must be stated in the controlling agreement.
Data and Records
Each party should agree which records and backups it owns, creates, can access, must retain, and can export or delete. This public page does not promise that a platform record exists or establish a retention period.
Platform Integrity
Visitors and contracted users must not bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, manipulate systems unlawfully, or disrupt service. Product-specific restrictions and enforcement processes apply only when documented in the relevant agreement and permitted by law.
