Engineering Roadmap &
Release Status.
A clean, accountable separation of shipped infrastructure, funded and scheduled engineering deliverables, and forward-looking concepts under architectural evaluation — with zero speculative dates.
Looking for RTX5 Terminal Build Notes or Desktop Changelogs?
This roadmap tracks Orrnn's server-side core execution engine, connectivity protocols, and hosting infrastructure. Detailed release notes for the consumer workstation, mobile charting builds, and terminal UI releases are maintained authoritatively on RTX5's official site.
How We Govern Our Engineering Roadmap
Capital markets technology demands predictability, verifiable quality, and strict release hygiene.
01. Funded & Scheduled Work Only
Items only advance to “In Progress” after dedicated engineering resources and budget are contractually committed. We do not inflate timelines with aspirational feature wish-lists.
02. Zero Unsupported Dates
We refuse to publish speculative calendar quarter deadlines. In financial systems where execution failures cause financial losses, software is ready when it passes acceptance benchmarking—not when a calendar date passes.
03. Backward Compatibility
All protocol updates, gateway iterations, and matching engine releases adhere to formal deprecation cycles with minimum 90-day sandbox testing windows before production cutover.
Deterministic FIFO Price-Time Matching Engine
High-throughput matching core with lock-free ring buffers and integrated pre-trade margin gates across multi-asset books.
Single-Tenant Workload Isolation & cgroups v2 Sandboxing
Strict kernel-level process and memory isolation preventing algorithmic scripts from destabilizing broker nodes.
Institutional FIX 4.4 / 5.0 SP2 Gateway Connector
Standardized financial messaging protocol gateway with drop-copy compliance feeds and automatic sequence reconciliation.
Multi-Zone Synchronous Failover (Target RTO < 30s)
Multi-zone active/standby topologies engineered for automated disaster recovery and zero state loss.
Granular Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) & Audit Trails
Cryptographic role segregation across Traders, Risk Managers, Compliance Officers, and External Auditors.
Provider Onboarding & Conformance Certification Harness
5-stage technical acceptance testing environment verifying connectivity, order stress handling, and failover conformance.
Unrestricted Raw Data Portability & Exit Export APIs
Complete client legal ownership of trade logs, user accounts, and financial ledgers with raw SQL/CSV extraction.
Kernel-Bypass Ingress Networking (DPDK Adapter)
Direct user-space networking offloading OS kernel interrupts for ultra-high-burst market data handling.
Multi-Venue Smart Order Routing (SOR) Engine
Dynamic order splitting and synthetic internalization algorithms across fragmented liquidity pools.
Hardware Security Module (HSM) Key Attestation
Automated cryptographic key rotation with client-managed KMS integration for sovereign security postures.
Enterprise Signal Hub & Real-Time Telemetry Pipeline
Asynchronous strategy telemetry and institutional copy-trading execution bus with zero impact on core matching.
Multi-Asset Cross-Margin Calculation Engine
Unified portfolio margin netting across cash equities, FX spot, index futures, and options derivatives.
WebAssembly (WASM) Strategy Micro-Runtimes
Evaluating sandboxed WASM micro-containers for executing user-defined algorithmic strategies with near-native speed.
GPU-Accelerated Monte Carlo Risk Stress Testing
Offloading intensive multi-asset extreme volatility scenario simulations to parallelized GPU compute clusters.
Decentralized Liquidity AMM Crossing Bridge
Protocol connector evaluating atomic settlement bridges between traditional order books and institutional on-chain liquidity pools.
Zero-Knowledge Trade Audit Attestation
Cryptographic zero-knowledge proofs certifying trade execution fairness and solvency without exposing position privacy.
